Yes, I have, I bought it from amazon and wine failed, no light between the clamps when I close the pliers, failed quality control klein. Unfortunately I live in Uruguay and .... I can not do anything to make me change.

If I lived in the USA I am what I would change because Klein is a very serious company.

It cost me dearly, because in my country the dollar is expensive, and was disappointed. It is the first time this happens to me, I have other tools Klein are great, but this wine failed.
