1.Question: Will this fit a Paasche Airbrush?

Answer: No you have to buy an adapter to have it fit a paasche air brush. "Contact www.coastairbrush.com and they have the adapters for sale.

2.Question: Is this 1/8 npt or bsp? I got an adapter that’s 1/8 npt and it didn’t fit ?

Answer: Actually in holding the hose, it's measurement is 3/8" connectors one of my kits had an adapter with it to make it 1/8". There is adapters i use to make 1/2"

3.Question: does it come with both input and output fittings? pictures don't always tell the truth. 2) what sizes and thread types are the two fittings?

Answer: Yes, it does come with the fittings as shown. However, the pressure gauge may or may not line up the way it is shown in the picture, as I found out.
