Airbrush fitting sizes are a mess and it seems you need to become an expert on esoteric pipe thread sizes to make all the connections. The Master and Iwata brands tend to have British Standard Pipe Parallel 1/8" threads (BSP P 1/8") so you should be fine on the brush end. The Badger and Pasche brands use their own custom thread sizes so adapter are necessary. If you also have a small airbrush specific compressor by Masters or Iwata then you are likely all set. If it is by these other brands then you may need an adapter. Going to a bigger compress that you can find at Lowes or Home Depot you need to adapt to the National Pipe Thread Tapered (NPT T) thread of about 1/4" which is a mess
