Working time: around 90 minutes. It takes around 180 minutes for surface dry, and get harden around 16 hours.

Epoxy harden process:

In working time: it could do any operation in this period after A B ingredient mixed together. Shelflife time: the mixed ingredient builds up some hardness and deflection, could do some small scale modeling, carving and sculpture details, and in later shelflife time is easy to cut. The harden time: Build up hardness, it could be cutted and drilled.

FAQ

1.Question:

How well do these cut through steel aircraft cable (1/8" specifically)?

Answer:

Not sure the hardness of aircraft cable but I have no problem cutting through #9 steel wire and it is 3/16th of an inch thick.

2.Question:

are these pliers for electrical or rebar?

Answer:

These are for electrical. Klein offers a D213-9ST plier for rebar.

3.Question:

The cutting edge meets when they are closed but the grip area at the front does not. Is that normal with these pliers? About a 2mm gap

Answer:

Yes. As these pliers are specifically for electrical use, The 2mm gap is for twisting wire and will do well with #18 to #8 gauge stranded or solid wire. You will find general duty pliers do close completely at the front of the nose.
