Specification: 100g/KIT (A ingredient 50g, B ingredient 50g).

Working time: around 90 minutes. It takes around 180 minutes for surface dry (Shelflife time), and get harden around 16 hours.

Epoxy harden process:

In working time: it could do any operation in this period after A B ingredient mixed together. Shelflife time: the mixed ingredient builds up some hardness and deflection, could do some small scale modeling, carving and sculpture details, and in later shelflife time is easy to cut. The harden time: Build up hardness, it could be cutted and drilled.

FAQ

1.Question:

Anyone have any issues with rusting/seizing? I do a lot of metal work so I quench in water briefly and I'm sick of pliers seizing on me

Answer:

If you have rusted tools no matter how bad, soak in white vinegar overnight then use water and wire brush and watch the rust fall right off. Then apply a light coating of 3in1 oil and good as new. Periodically reapply the 3in1 to prevent rust as needed.

2.Question:

Do these cut acsr

Answer:

I have not personally cut acsr with them. Though they are strong, and ive cut through and twisted multiple 12/2 electrical wire at once, i wouldnt recommend them for acsr. If you were to try it, i wouldnt try it anything bigger than 6AL/1St. But it would probably still be a bit tough to do.

3.Question:

Are the handles electrically insulated?

Answer:

They say they are not insulated but I don't like Klein's linesman pliers with the thicker insulated handles so I have been using these on live circuits that are 277v and lower every day since this model came out about 15 years ago and have never had an issue.
